Navarre took some of the strongest winds Hurricane Isaias brought ashore. The National Weather Service's post-storm report lists 91 mph sustained winds at the Navarre Beach Marine Science Station, tied with Pensacola Beach for the highest sustained land wind it recorded, along with a 105 mph gust at a Navarre weather station.
